‘THE HALAAL CERTIFYING BODIES ARE

In response to a brother who sought the Shariah’s ruling
pertaining to the chickens which SANHA and the gamut of
carrion bodies halaalize, Mufti A.K.Hoosein said:
• Rainbow slaughters approximately 300,000
chickens a day.
• There are 8 or 9 slaughterers handling this huge
amount of chickens.
• Thus, each killer has to recite the Tasmiyah more
than 30,000 times.
• Chickens are fed carrion, i.e. dead chickens which are
converted into feed.
• Therefore it is not permissible to consume these
chickens
• None of the certifying bodies can be trusted.
The stance of Haqq adopted by Mufti A.K.Hoosein, which
constrained him to broadcast the true position of the carrion
chickens which SANHA halaalizes, has caused brainhaemorrhaging convulsions for Sanha’s Navlakhi and his boss,
the faasiq E.B.Lockhat.

In a flabby, but desperate response to Mufti A.K.Hoosein, SANHA made some exceedingly stupid and puerile statements which as usual are its brand of skullduggery since SANHA sidesteps the actual charges and seeks to deflect
the minds of Muslims from the reality by means of obfuscation with issues unrelated to the basis on which Mufti A.K.Hoosein condemned the carrion chickens which SANHA certifies as ‘halaal’.

Insha-Allah, we shall respond and refute every stupidity
which SANHA has disgorged in its desperate attempt to
vindicate its carrion position.
(1) In its response, SANHA avers: “The Halaal poultry
slaughter process at Rainbow and commercial abattoirs of the
like was initiated and/or endorsed by Ulama Institutions and
leading Islamic scholars of the past the likes of the marhoom

Moulana Sema r.a., Mufti Ebrahim Sanjalvi r.a., Mufti Bashir

PESHAWAR - The district administration of Peshawar on Friday seized two containers carrying dead chickens from Chamkani area of the city.
Giving a press briefing to media, Assistant Coordination Officer (ACO) Habib Ullah Arif said that the local administration conducted a raid in Chamkani area of the metropolitan and seized two containers full of dead chickens.
“The containers were transported from Punjab,” he said adding that the authorities arrested two culprits involved in the act.
He further added that the culprits were involved in supplying meat of dead chickens to different banquet halls and hotels across the city.

(NaturalNews) Ever wonder what’s really found in Chicken McNuggets? Some of the ingredients, it turns out, seem to belong more to an industrial factory of some kind, not a food retailer. According to the McDonald’s Corporation, its famous Chicken McNuggets are made with ingredients including autolyzed yeast extract (which contain free glutamate, similar to MSG), sodium phosphates and sodium aluminum phosphate. But that’s not the freaky part. According to McDonald’s own website, Chicken McNuggets are also made with “hydrogenated soybean oil with TBHQ and citric acid added to preserve freshness” and “Dimethylpolysiloxane added as an antifoaming agent.” (http://nutrition.mcdonalds.com/nutritionexchange/ingredientslist.pdf)

At least two of these ingredients are artificially synthesized industrial chemicals. TBHQ, a petroleum derivative, is used as a stabilizer in perfumes, resins, varnishes and oil field chemicals. Laboratory studies have linked it to stomach tumors. “At higher doses, it has some negative health effects on lab animals, such as producing precursors to stomach tumors and damage to DNA. A number of studies have shown that prolonged exposure to high doses of TBHQ may be carcinogenic, especially for stomach tumors.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TBHQ)

Dimethylpolysiloxane, a type of silicone, is used in caulks and sealants, as a filler for breast implants, and as key ingredient in Silly Putty. Says Wikipedia:

“PDMS is also used as a component in silicone grease and other silicone based lubricants, as well as in defoaming agents, mold release agents, damping fluids, heat transfer fluids, polishes, cosmetics, hair conditioners and other applications. PDMS has also been used as a filler fluid in breast implants, although this practice has decreased somewhat, due to safety concerns. PDMS is used variously in the cosmetic and consumer product industry as well. For example, PDMS can be used in the treatment of head lice…” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethylpolysiloxane)

Not that the other ingredients are any better. Because cotton is not regulated as a food crop, cottonseed oil may contain chemical pesticides that are banned in food production. It is also almost always genetically modified. Hydrogenated oils, of course, typically contain trans fats, the artificially produced fats that are unusable by the body and that studies have linked to a number of detrimental health problems. And autolyzed yeast extract is a chemical taste-enhancing ingredient containing free glutamate that manufacturers use as a friendlier-looking replacement for MSG.

And what about the chicken in Chicken McNuggets? It’s factory-farmed chicken, not free-range chicken. So it’s the kind of chicken that’s typically treated with vaccines and hormones while being fed conventional feed products that are medicated with pharmaceuticals and grown with pesticides.

FDA finally admits chicken meat contains cancer-causing arsenic (but keep eating it, yo!)

(NaturalNews) After years of sweeping the issue under the rug and hoping no one would notice, the FDA has now finally admitted that chicken meat sold in the USA contains arsenic, a cancer-causing toxic chemical that’s fatal in high doses. But the real story is where this arsenic comes from: It’s added to the chicken feed on purpose!

Even worse, the FDA says its own research shows that the arsenic added to the chicken feed ends up in the chicken meat where it is consumed by humans. So for the last sixty years, American consumers who eat conventional chicken have been swallowing arsenic, a known cancer-causing chemical. Until this new study, both the poultry industry and the FDA denied that arsenic fed to chickens ended up in their meat. The fairytale excuse story we’ve all been fed for sixty years is that “the arsenic is excreted in the chicken feces.” There’s no scientific basis for making such a claim… it’s just what the poultry industry wanted everybody to believe.

But now the evidence is so undeniable that the manufacturer of the chicken feed product known as Roxarsone has decided to pull the product off the shelves (http://www.grist.org/food-safety/2011-06-08-fda-admits-supermarket-ch…). And what’s the name of this manufacturer that has been putting arsenic in the chicken feed for all these years? Pfizer, of course — the very same company that makes vaccines containing chemical adjuvants that are injected into children.

Technically, the company making the Roxarsone chicken feed is a subsidiary of Pfizer, called Alpharma LLC. Even though Alpharma now has agreed to pull this toxic feed chemical off the shelves in the United States, it says it won’t necessarily remove it from feed products in other countries unless it is forced by regulators to do so. As reported by AP:

“Scott Brown of Pfizer Animal Health’s Veterinary Medicine Research and Development division said the company also sells the ingredient in about a dozen other countries. Arsenic? Eat more!
But even as its arsenic-containing product is pulled off the shelves, the FDA continues its campaign of denial, claiming arsenic in chickens is at such a low level that it’s still safe to eat. This is even as the FDA says arsenic is a carcinogen, meaning it increases the risk of cancer.

The National Chicken Council agrees with the FDA. In a statement issued in response to the news that Roxarsone would be pulled from feed store shelves, it stated, “Chicken is safe to eat” even while admitting arsenic was used in many flocks grown and sold as chicken meat in the United States.

What’s astonishing about all this is that the FDA tells consumers it’s safe to eat cancer-causing arsenic but it’s dangerous to drink elderberry juice! The FDA recently conducted an armed raid in an elderberry juice manufacturer, accusing it of the “crime” of selling “unapproved drugs.” (http://www.naturalnews.com/032631_elderberry_juice_FDA_raid.html) Which drugs would those be? The elderberry juice, explains the FDA. You see, the elderberry juice magically becomes a “drug” if you tell people how it can help support good health.

The FDA has also gone after dozens of other companies for selling natural herbal products or nutritional products that enhance and support health. Plus, it’s waging a war on raw milk which it says is dangerous. So now in America, we have a food and drug regulatory agency that says it’s okay to eat arsenic, but dangerous to drink elderberry juice or raw milk.

Eat more poison, in other words, but don’t consume any healing foods. That’s the FDA, killing off Americans one meal at a time while protecting the profits of the very companies that are poisoning us with their deadly ingredients.

Oh, by the way, here’s another sweet little disturbing fact you probably didn’t know about hamburgers and conventional beef: Chicken litter containing arsenic is fed to cows in factory beef operations. So the arsenic that’s pooped out by the chickens gets consumed and concentrated in the tissues of cows, which is then ground into hamburger to be consumed by the clueless masses who don’t even know they’re eating second-hand chicken sh*t. The Chicken Which Should be Banned

Do you put dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent made of silicone, in your chicken dishes?
How about tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), a chemical preservative so deadly that just five grams can kill you?

These are just two of the ingredients in a McDonalds Chicken McNugget. Only 50 percent of a McNugget is actually chicken. The other 50 percent includes corn derivatives, sugars, leavening agents and completely synthetic ingredients.

Organic Authority helpfully transcribed the full ingredients list provided by McDonalds:

“White boneless chicken, water, food starch-modified, salt, seasoning (autolyzed yeast extract, salt, wheat starch, natural flavoring (botanical source), safflower oil, dextrose, citric acid, rosemary), sodium phosphates, seasoning (canola oil, mono- and diglycerides, extractives of rosemary).

Battered and breaded with: water, enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, food starch-modified, salt, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, calcium lactate), spices, wheat starch, whey, corn starch.

Prepared in vegetable oil (Canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil with TBHQ and citric acid added to preserve freshness). Dimethylpolysiloxane added as an antifoaming agent.”

Dr. Mercola’s Comments:

There’s no doubt about it. Processed food like that from McDonald’s is just not part of a healthful diet – in fact, much of it cannot even pass for real food.

After reviewing the above article I am very grateful I can say I have never had a Chicken McNugget from McDonald’s. If you can’t say the same at least you can commit to never having another one again.

This sentiment was echoed by Federal Judge Robert Sweet in a lawsuit against the restaurant chain back in 2003 when he said:

“Chicken McNuggets, rather than being merely chicken fried in a pan, are a McFrankenstein creation of various elements not utilized by the home cook.”

At the time, Time Magazine reported that Judge Sweet “questioned whether customers understood the risks of eating McDonald’s chicken over regular chicken.”

That was seven years ago, and I still wonder whether or not McDonald’s customers truly understand the risks they take when consuming fast food on a regular basis.

If you missed Morgan Spurlock’s documentary Super-Size Me, I highly recommend you watch it with your entire family. It’s a real-life illustration of just how dangerous – life threatening, in fact – an excessive fast food diet can really be. And “excessive” consumption is likely far less than you imagine: Eating fast food just twice a week DOUBLES your risk of developing insulin resistance, compared to eating it just once a week, for example. Insulin resistance, as I’ve discussed on many occasions, is one of THE primary driving factors behind most of the diseases we currently struggle with, from diabetes to cancer and heart disease…

The truth is, McDonald’s fare contain non-food ingredients that can seriously harm your health.

This shouldn’t come as any great surprise. After all, how healthful can something be that shows no signs of decomposing after being left on a counter for more than a decade?

Clearly there’s more chemicals in there than actual, real foodstuff.

Chicken McNuggets: “Made With White Meat”… and What Else?

According to McDonald’s, their chicken nuggets are “made with white meat, wrapped up in a crisp tempura batter.” But as the article above shows, these chicken nuggets are a far cry from what you might expect, based on that description.

About half of it is actual chicken. The rest is a mix of corn-derived fillers and additives (most likely genetically modified), along with a slew of synthetic chemicals, including:

Dimethyl polysiloxane, a type of silicone with anti-foaming properties used in cosmetics and a variety of other goods like Silly Putty
Tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), a petroleum-based product with antioxidant properties
The latter, TBHQ, is typically listed as an “antioxidant,” but it’s important to realize it is a SYNTHETIC chemical with antioxidant properties – NOT a natural antioxidant.

The chemical prevents oxidation of fats and oils, thereby extending shelf life of processed foods. It’s a commonly used ingredient in processed foods of all kinds, but you can also find it in varnishes, lacquers, pesticide products, as well as cosmetics and perfumes to reduce the evaporation rate and improve stability.

At its 19th and 21st meetings, the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives determined that TBHQ was safe for human consumption at levels of 0-0.5 mg/kg of body weight. However, more recently, the Codex commission set the maximum allowable limitsup to between 100 to as much as 400 mg/kg, depending on the food it’s added to. (Chewing gum is permitted to contain the highest levels of TBHQ.)

That’s quite a discrepancy in supposedly “safe” limits!

So, is the safe level zero, or 400 mg/kg? Who knows?!

According to A Consumer’s Dictionary of Food Additives, one gram of TBHQ can cause:

Nausea
Vomiting
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
Delirium
Sense of suffocation
Collapse
Based on animal studies, health hazards associated with TBHQ include:

liver effects at very low doses
positive mutation results from in vitro tests on mammalian cells
biochemical changes at very low doses
reproductive effects at high doses
The good news is that it is not suspected to be a persistent toxin, meaning your body is probably able to eliminate it so that it does not bioaccumulate.

REAL Food “Lives” and “Dies”

I recently commented on the curious ability of McDonald’s food to remain impervious to degradation. It’s as if the food has been embalmed to stay “fresh” forever! After sitting on a shelf for 14 years, the hamburger bun has yet to develop a single trace of mold. It’s barely even begun to shrivel…

Folks, these buns bear absolutely no resemblance to real bread, and when you read the list of ingredients, this mysterious mummification feature becomes less of a mystery.

Here are just a few of the ingredients in a McDonald’s hamburger bun:

calcium sulfate (aka Plaster of Paris)
calcium carbonate (Antacid medication)
ammonium sulfate (According to MSDS,“harmful if swallowed”)
ammonium chloride (Causes irritation to the gastrointestinal tract. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea)
calcium propionate (Preservative)
sodium propionate (Mold inhibitor)
Always remember that wholesome, health-promoting food is “live” food, and the hallmark of live food is the fact that it will decompose.

The fact that these burgers, buns, and fries do not decompose, even after a decade or two, is a clear sign that it’s just not real food, and should not be part of your diet.

You Are What You Eat…

The bottom line is that if you want to stay healthy, and keep your children healthy, you have to avoid fast food and other processed foods, and invest some time in your kitchen, cooking from scratch. Reclaiming your kitchen is part and parcel of healthful living, so you know exactly what you’re putting in your body.

Ideally, you’ll want to consume as much whole, raw, organic and/or locally grown foods as possible. That’s one of the major reasons why vegetable juicing works so well – you’re consuming living raw food!

Most vegetables also have very low carbohydrate levels that minimally disturb insulin metabolism – another important trait of a healthful diet — but there is something very special about vegetable juicing and eating live raw foods in general.

In addition, I believe optimal health is also largely dependent on eating the right foods for your nutritional type. I think this is such an important part of an optimal diet that I am now offering the entire Nutritional Typing program to you for free.

PROCESSED CARRION CHICKENS PUMPED WITH WATER – BEEF AND PORK USED TO HOLD THE WATER

Chicken fillets ‘secretly pumped up with water’ to increase weight

Chicken served in restaurants, hospitals and schools is still being pumped up secretly with water and proteins to increase its size and weight, The Times has learnt.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has begun an inquiry into the preparation of 63,000 tons of poultry that were imported from the Netherlands in response to the discovery by trading standards officers. This will put new pressure on caterers to reveal whether the chicken on their menus is bloated with liquid and proteins.
It is not illegal to add water to chicken but under European Union rules consumers must be told if water has been added.
The Trading Standards Institute said that it was not prepared to let caterers mislead customers.
“Catering establishments have a legal obligation to give a description on a menu that should not be false or misleading,” David Pickering, a spokesman for the institute, said. “If someone is selling chicken with added water as chicken, that is a fraud because people are paying chicken prices for water and a product that does not taste any good. If the Dutch authorities and the EU decide not to take this seriously, we will have to look to do more enforcement in this country.”
An examination of frozen chicken fillets sold in the North of England found that some products imported from the Netherlands contained as much as 35 per cent water even though the meat content was described as 80 per cent. The suspected chicken was destined for the catering industry, and is believed to have been used in takeaway restaurants, care homes and canteens.
The practice of bulking up meat with liquid was exposed four years ago by the FSA. Consumers believed that they were buying pure chicken but most of the meat contained water. Some of the processing companies also used beef and pork proteins to hold in the water.
The EU agreed only that products should be labelled “chicken with water” and that packs should declare whether beef or pork protein had been added. Consumers of catering trade produce, however, never get to see these labels and menus rarely declare if chicken has added water.
Manufacturers have also been criticised for adding hydrolysed chicken protein, which is extracted from parts of the bird not used for food, such as skin, bone, and feathers.
The FSA is discussing whether to step up inspection of chicken products at ports and to order a wider survey of chicken on sale to the catering trade…
Chris Huhne, the Liberal Democrats’ spokesman on food, is to raise questions in Parliament about the sale of “plastic chicken”.
Sue Davies, of Which, the consumer organisation, was shocked to learn that “plastic chicken” was still in circulation. “This is deliberately misleading consumers and needs to be sorted out and stopped. People will be rightly disgusted to think what they are being served up when they think it is chicken.”

QUESTION: WILL THERE EVER BE A RESOLUTION FOR THE CHICKEN
CONTROVERSY? IT IS DISTRESSING THAT ULAMA ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE
ACCORDING TO THE SHARIAH WHETHER THE CHICKENS ARE HARAAM OR
HALAAL.

ANSWER: The problem is that those who are proclaiming the chickens ‘halaal’ are not Ulama.
They are shayaateenul ins (human devils). The inordinate craving for money has corrupted their
intelligence and severely tarnished their Imaan. They have lost all Imaani direction and feeling.
They are blinded by their lust for money. Just view the recent conduct of the MJC carrionhalaalizer.
SANHA, the other carrion-halaalizer was recently compelled beyond its desire to
withdraw its haraam ‘halaal’ certificate from ANCA carrion-chicken killing facility. For weeks
SANHA was dithering and endeavouring to keep the lid down to suppress the explosive carrion-rot
which could no longer be held down.
Meanwhile, the MJC carrion-halaalizer was slinking in the shadows, silently observing the
Sanha-Anca saga. MJC’s eye-balls were rolling with monetary lust and its mouth was watering in
anticipation of the withdrawal of the certificate by SANHA. When ANCA’s carrion najaasat could
no longer be suppressed, SANHA was forced to withdraw its confounded haraam certificate. The
moment SANHA withdrew its certificate, MJC without shame, without utilizing its dense brains
and without the slightest qualm rushed madly and blindly into ANCA’s office and issued the
carrion plant a ‘halaal’ certificate to replace SANHA’s ‘halaal’ certificate.
These Haraam carrion-halaalizers while putting up a public front of mutual co-operation for the
sake of ensuring that the carrion industry progresses smoothly, are mortal enemies. MJC accuses
SANHA of poaching in its territory while SANHA has appointed a special committee whose only
function is to keep MJC and other carrion-halaalizers under observation and to spy on them. In
SANHA’s own words, the special-task force it has established has to shadow its ‘competitors’ in
the carrion industry.
Now when this is their evil condition, there can never be a satisfactory resolution. As far as the
carrion-gang is concerned, it is not a matter of Shar’i import. It concerns their pockets –it is a matter
of money. Their hearts are totally bereft of fear for Allah Ta’ala and they have no idea of the
meaning of Hisaab (Accountability and Reckoning) in the Aakhirah.
Despite this rotten situation which MJC and SANHA are perpetuating, people of intelligence can
clearly see where the Haqq is – who is proclaiming the Haqq and who is following in Shaitaan’s
footsteps, feeding Muslims rotten, diseased, haraam carrion. For the benefit of the Muslim
community we reiterate the EVIDENCE which conclusively proves that all processed chickens
killed in the non-Muslim carrion facilities are HARAAM MAITAH.
THE PRIMARY REASONS FOR THE CHICKENS BEING HARAAM CARRION
1) Almost total abandonment of Tasmiyah.
2) Millions of chickens die before slaughter as a consequence of the electrical shocking.
3) The requisite neck vessels of millions and millions of chickens are not severed.
4) The chickens are immersed in blood and faeces filthied scalding water prior to removal of the
entrails.
5) Absolutely no halaal chain. After the point of killing, the chicken carcasses are 100% in the
possession and control of non-Muslims.
THE AGGRAVATING FACTORS
a) The total – 100% – displacement of the Waajib Shar’i system of Thabah.
b) All chickens are brutally shocked prior to the devil’s kill.
c) All the chickens are hung upside down and moved on a conveyor belt moving at tremendous
speed.
d) Each slaughter has to kill up to 60 chickens a minute.
e) The incumbent Shar’i practice of facing the chickens towards the Qiblah is totally abandoned.
Chickens are killed in motion at tremendous speed.
f) Innumerable chickens whilst still alive are plunged into the filthy scalding water-tanks for
defeathering.
g) No Jumuah and no Eid Salaat for the slaughterers. This has been the permanent practice for
years. Even in Ramadhaan there is no change in the system.
h) The majority of slaughterers totally unfit and Islamically disqualified. Many smoke dagga and
are on drugs.
i) Almost all the chickens are diseased. Non-Muslim experts have confirmed that consumption of
the diseased carrion meat causes cancer, heart diseases, salmonella, etc.

ANCA are further confirmation for the almost total absence of Muslim supervision.
P. Natural Intelligence which confirms the total impossibility of fulfilling the fundamentals of
Shar’i Thabah in the appallingly haraam scenario in which the chickens are cruelly reared, brutally
killed and marketed.

Charges filed as farm quarantines grow in German tainted egg scandal

Berlin (CNN) — As the number of German farms closed because of possibly contaminated animal feed grew Friday, authorities said they had filed criminal charges against the company at the heart of the country’s tainted egg scandal.
The company, Harles and Jentzsch, apparently knew for months that fatty acid it was delivering to animal-feed makers was
contaminated
with dioxin, said Christian Seifert, a spokesman for the agricultural ministry in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein said.
Criminal charges have been filed against the company, Seifert said, “because they did not immediately inform” the agricultural ministry that dioxin levels surpassed the allowed amount.
Authorities allege that the company sold about 3,000 tons of contaminated fatty acids to dozens of companies making animal feed across Germany. The country’s government has quarantined more than 4,700 pig and poultry farms.
Harles and Jentzsch laboratory tests from March 2010 showed they exceeded the ceiling level for dioxin, he said.
“At that point they had to stop delivering this product and immediately inform the authorities. They did not do either,” Seifert said.
Government officials learned of the higher concentrations of dioxin in December, he said.
Several attempts to reach Harles and Jentzsch for comment were unsuccessful.
Police raided the company’s offices Wednesday and confiscated documents, but arrested no one, the state prosecutor’s office in Schleswig-Holstein told CNN.
Dioxin levels in the final feed product were diluted and likely did not exceed allowed amounts, Seifert said.
“Of course that is no excuse. The conduct is still wrong,” he said.
Agricultural ministry investigators are continuing lab tests of samples taken from the company’s premises, he said.
The 4,709 farms shut down include not only chicken and other poultry, but also pig farms, said Pierre Vetter, a spokesman for Germany’s Ministry for Agriculture and Consumer Protection.
State authorities are quarantining all farms that received animal feed from companies affected, regardless of whether there is proof that the feed was contaminated, the ministry’s website said.
“The state authorities are right to quarantine products — eggs and meat — that may have been exposed to contaminated feed, even if there is no concrete scientific evidence in all cases,” German Agriculture and Consumer Protection Minister Ilse Aigner said in a statement.
About 130,000 possibly contaminated eggs were exported from a company in Germany to a food company in the Netherlands, where they were to be used in industrial food production, said Holger Eichele, a spokesman for Germany’s Ministry for Agriculture and Consumer Protection.
The UK Food Standards Agency said a pasteurized mixture including some of the contaminated eggs was distributed in the UK.
“The mixing of the eggs will have diluted the levels of dioxins and they are not thought to be a risk to health,” the agency said in a statement.
Dioxins are a family of toxic chemicals that share a similar chemical structure and have been characterized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as likely human carcinogens.

Q. I wanted to know the halaal position of Nandos chickens, and I spoke to a colleague of mine who spoke to Maulana Yunus Patel who said that in order to combat the doubt it was causing, he (Maulana Patel) and 14 other Ulema went to the Rainbow farms in order to investigate. To the best of his knowledge the chickens are halaal. Please comment.
A. All those ulema who after having visited the Rainbow chicken-killing plant, claim that the carrion is ‘halaal’ and that there is not even a doubt in this diseased rot, can convey their opinions to the baboons in the Drakensberg mountain rage. We are positive that even the baboons will reject the notoriety which these ulema are blabbing in the name of the Deen. A molvi who says that there is not even a doubt in the horrifically murdered chickens, killed by the system of shaitaan should understand that he has conclusively joined the fraternity of ulema-e-soo’. Ask Mufti Afzal Elias Hoosen Sahib. He too was one of the 14 who had visited the Rainbow halaalized carrion plant. His verdict is that the carrion is emphatically HARAAM.
It is utterly scandalous and slanderous for ulema to make these haraam claims which they do on account of animosity for the Majlis and for retaining their haraam friendship with the SANHA clique of carrion halaalizers. They support each other is sin and transgression in stark violation of the Qur’aanic command. These notorious ulema who find nothing wrong with SANHA’s wholehearted adoption and halaalizing of the brutal kuffaar killing system and with the complete displacement of the Waajib system of the Shariah, have hearts of stone. Nay! Their hearts are harder than stone. About these corrupt and desensitized hearts who do not believe that tomorrow when they perish they will have to face Allah Ta’ala to answer for their condonation and promotion of one of the worst kinds of torture and cruelty to Allah’s creatures, the Qur’aan Majeed says:
“Then their hearts became hard after this. Their hearts are like stone or harder than stone, for verily, from stone most certainly rivers gush. And
Verily, some stones (rocks) split open and water gush out. And, verily, some from them (stones) roll (from high ground) out of fear for Allah. Allah is not oblivious of what you are perpetrating.”
These ulema who halaalize brutality, cruelty and carrion should take stock of the condition of their corrupt hardened hearts. Their self-imposed function is nowadays restricted to supporting carrion halaalizers, modernists and a medley of enemies of the Deen in a variety of spheres. Never be deceived by their haraam ‘halaal’ announcements. There exists a deluge of evidence to conclusively prove that these SANHA and MJC halaalized chickens are absolutely haraam – rotten, diseased carrion which gives you cancer. If you wish to take a chance with cancer, then gobble the carrion like vultures. The gluttonous addiction to carrion chickens ruins Imaan and utterly destroys akhlaaq (moral character). If you are concerned with your physical and spiritual health, then abstain from the diseased haraam carrion which the purveyors of confounded ‘halaal’ certificates promote at the peril of extinguishing their Imaan.
It is not that these haraam pedlars are unaware of the status of their halaalized carrion chickens. They are fully aware. For years they and the molvis and sheikhs in cahoots with them for the sake of gaining a share of the haraam riba boodle have tried, but in vain, to conceal the mass and the mountain of evidence which has damned them into Hell where they shall hang upside down just like they are brutalizing and torturing billions of chickens to death. Their brains and their hearts are all upside down. Their Imaan is upside down. They view all things hanging upside down hence they believe that right is left and vice versa, and black is white, night is day, and haraam is halaal.
MAULANA YUNUS PATEL SAHIB
Furthermore, your colleague has misinformed you with regard to the alleged inspection by Maulana Yunus Patel Sahib. Maulana Yunus denies having gone to Rainbow for an inspection. The following is the text of his letter dated 24 October 2010: “I did not go to Rainbow with the 14 Ulama or Muftis. I have maintained my standard reply that the Mujlisul Ulama declares Rainbow Haraam. Sanha’s Muftis and Ulama give 100% assurance that it is Halaal. The person should follow whomsoever he has confidence in.”
In the question you explicitly state: “A colleague of mine spoke to ML Yunus Patel (from Mallinson) and said that in order to combat the doubt that it was causing, he (Patel) and 14 other Ulema went to the Rainbow farms in order to investigate, and to the best of his knowledge it is halaal. My colleague also mentioned that ML.Yunus Patel is also part of the Jamiatul Ulama. He said if you have any questions you can contact him on 088 11 44 726. Ask for Mufti Shafik Jakura.”
Brother, these are your words, including the word, ‘Patel’, in brackets, and including the brackets. We make specific reference to your word in brackets, viz., ‘Patel’, lest we be accused of having divested and denuded the honourable Maulana Sahib of his august title.
Your colleague has falsely claimed that Maulana Yunus Patel Sahib said that Rainbow is Halaal. Now who has spoken a brazen lie? Your colleague or the honourable Maulana Yunus Patel Saheb with regard to the inspection. We believe that your colleague has attributed a blatant lie to Maulana Patel Sahib.
The other angle to this issue is that the honourable Maulana Patel Sahib’s answer as stated in his own letter is incorrect. He states the view of the Mujlisul Ulama and the view of the Carrion Halaalizer (SANHA). Both views are diametric opposites. Then diverging from the command of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to abstain from Mushtabah (the Doubtful), the honourable Maulana Yunus Patel Sahib very surprisingly says: “The person should follow whomsoever he has confidence in.” This advice is highly erroneous in view of its clash with the command of Nabi-e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam).
Whenever the conflict is between Haraam and Halaal, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ordered ABSTENTION. A conflict between Halaal and Haraam clearly assigns the issue into the realm of Mushtabah although the evidence does not permit assigning SANHA’s carrion into the Mushtabah zone. Nevertheless, an Aalim who is unaware of the facts and reality, but has in front of him two diametrically opposite views on the same issue, has no option but to advise people to abstain in view of the confirmed Mushtabah status in terms of his inability to discount either of the views. Thus, the only option open to the honourable Maulana Patel Sahib is to advise his followers to abstain from SANHA certified rotten, diseased carrion even if he does not accept the carrion chickens to be carrion.
The ‘standard’ reply offered by the honourable Maulana Yunus Patel Sahib does not offer Shar’i guidance to anyone. You should request the Maulana Sahib to state his view. Surely he must be advising his mureeds and close relatives. Ask him if he and his close mureeds consume SANHA carrion or not, or is he acting on Rasulullah’s command of abstention from Mushtabah? If according to the honourable Maulana Sahib, SANHA’s carrion chickens are not haraam and not halaal, then what are they? You can respectfully request the honourable Maulana Yunus Sahib to unravel this conundrum for you. The underlying tafseer of this mystery is not too intricate to unravel. But we shall desist from elaboration.
Supplicate to Allah Ta’ala to save you from the vile tentacles of the agents of shaitaan.

30,000,000 chicks ground up alive every year! This is the product of halaalized brutality only at one chicken brutality facility. Tens of millions more chicks are ground up alive every year by other similar satanic facilities. The same brutal satanism is practised in South Africa by the chicken industry. This is the haraam brutality which the halaal certificate vendors promote.
Muslims should not labour under any misconception regarding the effects of this shaitaani brutality on their hearts. The consequences of this brutality on the hearts of those who devour Rainbow, Early Bird, County Fair, Rocklands chickens and the chickens of the other myriad of chicken torturers including the restaurant outlets which sell this diseased haraam ‘halaalized’ filth, is morally and spiritually disastrous.
IT IS THE WAAJIB OBLIGATION OF EVERY MUSLIM TO KICK THE CARRION ADDICTION – TO GIVE UP DEVOURING DISEASED, HARAAM CARRION CHICKENS, THE PRODUCTS OF BRUTALITY. IT DOES NOT BEHOVE MEN AND WOMEN OF IMAAN WHO PERFORM SALAAT AND FAST TO DEVOUR ROTTEN CARRION LIKE VULTURES.
