Qurbani — May the blood flow, Taqwa grow and…Allah be Pleased!

 

 

Assalamu-Aalykum

 

Human nature, unless corrupted, does not gain pleasure from displeasure. Thus, we find ourselves dreading the displeasure of people! Displeasure displays itself in various ways. When people are displeased with us or we are displeased with anyone, the displeasure would be conveyed in some way or the other.

 

We will perhaps be cold towards that person. We may even avoid that person. A person may tell someone even to get lost. However, the strongest revulsion must surely be when we tell someone “don’t even come near to me”.

 

Our beloved Nabi Salallahu alaihi wasallam displays such revulsion to those who do not perform Qurbani despite the means to do so, that he has banned them from coming even NEAR to THE Eidghah. Hadhrat Abu Hurairah Radiallahu anhu narrates that Rasulullah Sallahu alayhi wasallam said that the person who has means of performing Qurbani but does not do so should not even come NEAR our Eidghah.

 

The Best of Days are these Days. And the Best of Deeds in these days is  the deed of Qurbani.

Sayyidatuna Aa’ishah (Radiyallahu Anha) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “There is nothing dearer to Allah Ta’ala during the days of Qurbani than sacrificing of animals. The sacrificed animal shall come on the Day of Judgment with its horns, hair, and hooves (to be weighed). The sacrifice is accepted by Allah before the blood reaches the ground. Therefore sacrifice with an open and happy heart” (Tirmizi, Hadith #: 1493)

 

The Spirit of Qurbani: O, they looked like a bunch of wild unkempt tramps, these brothers of ours who were seen red-blood eyes. It was just after Eid-ul-Fitr. A mini bus filled with them with a trailer filled with bags and cooler boxes etc. Tired and fatigue was written all over their faces. It appeared that they returned from some war.

 

Their story is truly amazing. Year after year, they set out immediately after Eid-ul-Fits to search the mountains and the farms, the ranches and small holdings for the best of the best animals to please Allah Ta’ala. The search will continue for at least a week. Allah Ta’ala had blessed them with plenty of wealth. They wish to give Allah the Best of animals. And so they travel and take notes. And so they travel and debate. And so they travel and leave aside their comforts and families. They ache and they bleed, they despair and they fear failure. The best of animals it has to be. It is nopt just giving money or writing a cheque…it is something much more. It is eyes that search and scrutinise the animal. It is analysing the animal from tail to teeth. It is the sheer joy of beholding the beauty of the animal.

 

By Allah, even the angels marvel at this spirit, this understanding of what Qurbani is, this Love and Devotion unto Allah, Most High, this fierce commitment to find the best of the best! May Allah Taa’la make us like them where our faces become radiant with joy at the sight of the qurbani animal. May our hearts beat with Love for that Allah who has given us so much and asked for so little in return.

It has been mentioned that after being saved from the raging inferno of Namrud, as a token of Love and appreciation unto Allah Subhanahu wata’ala, Hadhrat Ebrahim alaihi salaam sacrificed 1000 rams, 300 oxen and 100 camels. When someone praised this enormous sacrifice,

Hadhrat Ebrahim alaihi salaam said:

 

“These sacrifices are nothing. Allah Ta’ala owns me and whatever I have. If I had a son, I would have sacrificed him as well!”

Allah Ta’ala granted him a son. Thirteen years after he made his statement, Allah Ta’ala reminded him of his words. Hadhrat Ebrahim alaihi salaam rose to the occasion and was prepared to match his words with deeds. What a level of Sidq (Truthfulness)!

On the other hand, how often do we not make boastful claims without realizing the implications of what we say? Many woman in angrily demand Talaaq; others challenge the husband to take another wife; husbands threaten that they will find another better wife; businessman make rash pledges — and yet when Allah Ta’ala puts one to test, we hopelessly fail.

QURBANI When tears and blood mingle to give the fragrance of Love…

Says Allah, Most High “And it is not the flesh, nor the blood, which reaches Allah but the Taqwa that reaches Him from you” The morning of the 10th of Dhul Hijjah is a very special morning. It is a morning unlike any other morning of the whole year. It is a morning of astronomical proportions. It is a morning which should instil awe into the heart of a Muslim. For this morning a Muslim will take a life of a creation of Allah. Life is sacred. All forms of it. Souls differ. The soul of a human is different to that of animals. That is why a human is not expected to behave like an animal. The souls of human also differ from one another. That is why a man is not expected to behave like a woman. Despite the differences some things are common. Like sanctity. Sanctity also differs. An animal slaughtered on other days does not enjoy the same sanctity as an animal slaughtered for Qurbani. The animal slaughtered for Qurbani is a treasure of Taqwa to the soul of a Muslim. Taqwa consists of five things: 1) Taqwa in intention: Allah’s Command shall be carried out with joy and enthusiasm! Nay, Allah’s command, even before being carried out, is received with ecstasy and jubilation. Qurbani day’s are here! A Muslim bows happily to Allah’s Will. His intention is filled with humility and hope. A Muslim Loves His Allah. A Muslim knows His Allah. A Muslim adores His Allah. Is that not the purpose of his life? And why not? Has Allah not blessed him with Imaan? Has Allah Ta’aala not honoured him with Imaan? Now his Allah calls. Now his Allah commands: “Slaughter and take a life for my Pleasure. Do it for Me.” Do it with Love. Do it with Fear. Do it with humility. It’s not the flesh that counts. Its not the blood that counts. It’s your heart that counts. It’s Taqwa that counts. And the roots of Taqwa lies in an environment of Taqwa. 2) Taqwa in the environment: A corrupt environment breeds a corrupt mentality. A corrupt environment fosters evil habits. A corrupt environment is Shaytaans playground. A corrupt environment increases the evil power of the Nafs. The environment for Qurbani should be filled with holiness and piety. It should be devoid of intermingling between males and females. Qurbani is not an occasion like the Spanish “bull run” or a festival like “the July handicap.” There are no fun features in Qurbaani. There is no spectatorship value. Qurbani is not a fashion parade for women. Qurbani is not macho-time for men. Qurbani is Taqwa just as Taqwa is Qurbani. Let the environment be free from immodesty, abandoned laughter, flirting, videoing, music, bragging and boasting. The occasion is solemn – a life is going to be sacrificed – not for the sake of meat or a meal but for Allah’s Pleasure. And just as Allah Listens to the intention hearts for whispers of Taqwa, just as Allah Watches the environment for scenes of Taqwa, He Watches if the animal is what He wants. 3) Taqwa with regards to the animal: Allah Ta’ala watches if the animal was worthy of His Choice. There are specifications to the type of animals. There are age restrictions. Allah’s chosen animal should not be blind, or deaf or paralysed. Allah’s chosen animal should be comforted and not be frightened. Allah’s chosen animal should be treated with compassion and kindness. Allah’s chosen animal should not be brutalised and stunted Sanha-style. Allah’s animal should be made to face the direction of the House of Allah and not the direction of convenience chosen by Kuffaar companies. The Qibla – o the compass of millions of restless Muslim hearts, how could it ever be ignored? In a certain way, animals know Allah much better than humans. Deep down, that animal knows it is to be sacrificed. And if it we could hear it’s last speech, we would understand that its last wish is to take its last breath facing the city of Allah, facing the House of Allah. And why not, after all, was it not going to be slaughtered in Allah’s name? 4) Taqwa in slaughtering: The slaughterers Taqwa commenced maybe some months ago when he started saving for his Qurbani. His Taqwa was given practical expression when he searched for his animal. His appearance re-inforced his Taqwa when he stopped pairing his nails and stopped cutting his hair. His appearance is shabby perhaps to the creation, but in the eyes of Allah, he is most handsome and adorable. He steps forward with sleeves rolled-up and with a heart beating. In front of him for a fleeting moment flashes a scene from another time. A time when a man was commanded to slaughter his only one son. A time when a man took a sharp knife in his hands and stepped forth to this blind folded son. A time when a man firmly took hold of the throat of this only son. A time when a man with a firm heart and a firm belief and with all the strength of a Nabi’s blessed powerful Taqwa filled hands abided to His Friend -Allah’s – commands. O Ebrahim alayhi Salaam, may Allah have Mercy and forever send His peace upon you. What a worthy spiritual grandfather you were not to us! Worthy you are indeed of your name to be taken in every two rakaat’s Salaah four times by every Muslim in every corner of the world! The slaughterer not only slaughters the animal. The slaughterer seeks the innocence of that animal. He does so by slaughtering his Nafs. The blood gushes forth from the animal, purifying it. The Nafsaani evil “gushes” forth from the slaughterer’s Nafs. He is also, according to his intention, purified. His was a Qurbani of Taqwa. He has passed a test. Ibrahim alayhi Salaam was rewarded. This simple bondsman will also be rewarded. 5) The rewards of passing the test: Know well, o friends that with every good act, virtues feat and deeds of Ibaadah comes both material rewards and spiritual rewards. Know well too, that the material rewards are not restricted to the Worldly life. When we sin, we pay if there is no remorse or regret. When we obedient, we reap reams of Allah’s Mercy in the form of peace of mind and tranquillity. Qurbani was made. The meat is Halaal. Eat and enjoy this Ni’mat of Allah. Qurbani was made and the soul soars to a higher level where it will now dwell and enjoy The Divine Presence. Spiritually a person is fortified to meet the challenges of Shaytaan and the Nafs. As for rewards in the hereafter, for every hair or fibre of wool a reward, Insha-Allah is assured. The hooves shall be weighed by the Scales, the horns shall be weighed by the Scales. What joy will there not be at the dipping Scales and what Radiance will not be dripping from the face! Even as the slaughterer casts a last glance at his shuddering dying Qurbani animal, he leaves it with hope in his heart. For he knows as only a Muslim can know that it is not the last time he has seen this animal. There remains one final meeting; a meeting of tremendous significance and great importance. In order to enter into Jannah, a Muslim has to cross a bridge which will spans Jahannam. The journey across this bridge will take fifteen thousand years. This bridge which is thinner than a hair and sharper than a blade. It is at this decisive bridge where a Muslim will see his Qurbani animal awaiting him. How great will his joy not be when he mounts his Qurbani animal which will speed over Jahannam and deposit him at… the Gates of Jannah! May Allah accept the Qurbani if the entire Ummah and may our Qurbaani be a means of Taqwa and not just a fun feast. (Ameen)

DON’T EVER TRUST KUFFAAR RESTAURANTS AND HALAAL CERTIFICATES

The article reproduced here is a report pertaining to so-called ‘halaal’ kebabs in the United Kingdom. The same situation prevails here in South Africa and all over the world where kuffaar restaurants and business-houses are selling haraam carrion and even pork as ‘halaal’. Never ever trust these vile carrion halaalizing agencies who are in the business for the haraam money they suck from the trade of carrion and haraam ‘halaal’ certificates:

Beware the next time you order a lamb kebab – as consumer watchdogs have discovered that every one they tested contained a concoction of other meats.
An investigation by trading standards officers has revealed that none of 20 lamb kebabs tested contained just lamb – while four lamb curries out of 19 did not contain any lamb at all.
Lamb is the most expensive meat consumers regularly buy, followed by beef and pork, with chicken being the cheapest.
Trading standards officers wanted to check that consumers were getting what they expected – and paid for.
Yet incredibly, none of the 20 lamb kebabs sampled contained just lamb.
They all contained a mixture of lamb together with either pork, beef or poultry.
Trading standards officers say they understand that some restaurants may be knowingly using chicken in their lamb kebabs as it helps to ensure the meat sticks together around the skewer during cooking.
Of 19 lamb curries tested, only three contained just lamb. Again, most contained a mixture of lamb together with either beef or poultry. But four lamb curries didn’t contain any lamb at all.
These were then tested to see what meat they actually contained and to check for high levels of artificial colourings – which can affect people’s health and trigger hyperactivity in children.
Although none of the curries were found to contain high levels of colourings, 70 per cent of the kebabs tested did.
One contained levels of artificial colouring that were 18 times higher than permitted, another was 13 times higher.
This may be due to human error in preparation of the marinades used by the restaurants and take-aways to give the kebab colour.
Officers from Warwickshire County Council trading standards visited 20 restaurants and takeaways, at random, in Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Nuneaton and Rugby and purchased 39 lamb curries and lamb kebabs.
Warwickshire County councillor Richard Hobbs, portfolio holder for community safety said: ‘Consumers rely on accurate food descriptions. Some foods are not permitted to be eaten by some religions and cultures, whilst some people may wish to avoid some foods because of allergy concerns.
‘Consumers should also have the confidence that if they are buying an expensive product such as lamb, that they are not getting chicken instead, a meat that is half the price.
‘Warwickshire trading standards will now be contacting every restaurant and takeaway involved.
‘Further investigations are to be carried out and advice will be provided to retailers and the wholesale trade.’

(NaturalNews) Daily breakfasts with bacon or sausage are still common for many who haven’t become vegetarians. Just think about the amount of breakfast burritos and McMuffins sold. Indulging in other processed meats such as lunch and dinner sausages, pepperoni pizzas, salami and corned beef sandwiches increases the odds of getting pancreatic cancer.

According to a Swedish epidemiological study conducted by Professor Sussana Larsson at the Karolinska Institute and published in the British Journal of Cancer, just 50 grams a day of processed meat, equivalent to one sausage, increases the risk of pancreatic cancer by 19 percent.

Eating 100 grams of processed meat per day increased the risk to 38 percent, according to the study that included data from 11 trials and 6,643 patients with pancreatic cancer. The importance of this study of pancreatic cancer was emphasized because although it is relatively rare, it has an extremely low survival rate, especially with conventional medicine.

As a result of this study, the UK is officially advising citizens to keep their daily processed meat level at or below 70 grams. Professor Larsson also said that while red meat in general increases the risk of colorectal cancer, there was more of link to pancreatic cancer from processed red meats.

Alternative cancer approaches can handle pancreatic cancer
The high, often rapid mortality rate of pancreatic cancer in conventional medicine motivated Texas small town dentist William Donald Kelley to research and create his own approach for curing his pancreatic cancer.

This was done in three phases: First he realized that a major dietary change was necessary. He avoided red meats, sugar, and processed foods while focusing on fresh whole mostly raw vegetables, grains, and fruits. Then he discovered an early 20th Century Scottish embryologist John Beard’s discovery of curing cancer by injecting pancreatic juices, which contained proteolytic enzymes.

This type of enzyme can burst open cancer cell walls. But they are also used for breaking down tough complete proteins found in meat. So heavy meat eating occupies the type of enzymes needed for any cancer. Kelly found which proteolytic enzymes worked best and added enzyme activators that he observed were lacking.

In order to eliminate dead cancer cell toxins, Kelley added daily liver cleanses with coffee enemas. Then he discovered that a handful of people needed some meat in their diet to complete their cure.

MJC, SANHA, NIHT and the entire vile conglomerate of carrion and pork
halaalizers are

100% responsible for the haraam pork and carrion which tens of
thousands of Muslims were

devouring for years and are still currently devouring. The Orion Cold
Storage is NOT

blameworthy for the pork and carrion which MJC and SANHA have fed the
community. The

shocking malpractices perpetrated by Orion were condoned, legalized
and halaalized directly by

MJC, and indirectly by SANHA and NIHT. The non-Muslim Orion Company
cannot be accused

for the haraam rubbish and filth of halaalized pork and carrion it was
producing on the strength of

the MJC’s haraam ‘halaal’ certification.

SANHA, not being directly involved with Orion, considering it a
wonderful opportunity to get at

the MJC’s throat and to redeem its rotten carrion image, jumped on
the bandwagon advertising

itself as the knight in shining armour whereas it is a stinking coward
emitting foul stenches just

as the rotten pork and carrion which the MJC was halaalizing for
Orion. The behind-the-scenes

cloak and dagger plots against the MJC in which SANHA is involved are
no secret. In jumping on

the bandwagon, SANHA was not motivated by any Deeni concern or the
fact that Muslims were

devouring MJC halaalized pork and carrion.

SANHA at its halaalized carrion plants such as Rainbow, Earlybird and
numerous others, is

guilty of similar malpractices perpetrated by the MJC who has been
caught with its pants down

and its satr ghaleez exposed in public. Just as the MJC had been
halaalizing carrion, so too has

SANHA been halaalizing billions of haraam, rotten, diseased carrion
chickens at the various

kuffaar chicken-killing facilities of the kuffaar. Today SANHA is
accusing the MJC of the very

same haraam malpractices which we and others have levelled against
SANHA in its carrionhalaalizing

industry. A couple of years ago SANHA had also crucified the MJC in a
secret 220

page report in which SANHA had highlighted haraam practices
perpetrated by the MJC – such

malpractices which it (SANHA) has been regularly committing and for
which there exists a

mountain of evidence.

In the current pork-carrion scandal, SANHA mentions the following
haraam practices committed

by the MJC certified Orion Cold Storage:

1. Importation of Irish and Belgian pork products and re-labelling
them as Halaal sheep/veal

products.

2. Importation of Australian Kangaroo meat and re-labelling it as
Halaal beef trimmings.

3. Importation of Canadian dairy powder for animal feed and
re-labelling it as Halaal skim milk

powder.

4. Importation of non Halaal Spanish poultry products and re-labelling
them as Halaal.

With the greatest confidence and brazen audacity, Orion has calmly and
systematically pursued

its practice of halaalizing pork and carrion. This was possible solely
on account of the ‘halaal’

certification of the MJC shaitaan. The fact that the MJC certified the
filth of Orion should not be

overlooked. It was this halaalization which emboldened the
malpractices of Orion. The kuffaar

meat companies have absolutely no respect for these mercenary carrion
halaalizers such as MJC,

SANHA and NIHT. They have understood that the primary objective of
these vile bodies is the

boodle. The lining of MJC pockets with haraam money by Orion had
secured the MJC’s silence

and co-operation in the satanic process of halaalizing pork and
carrion. Had this confounded

haraam ‘halaal’ certificate industry not existed, problems of this
nature would not have developed.

SANHA should shame itself for saying about Orion: “…the company
has not accepted

responsibility, tendered any sincere apology, shown any remorse or
taken positive action towards

prevention of same and reparation.” Why should the non-Muslim
company feel any remorse and

tender any apology? It pays the MJC lucratively for the scraps of
‘halaal’ certificates to market its

pork and carrion. Muslims or so-called Muslims in the form of MJC had
halaalized the pork and

carrion. The Muslim public had been devouring with relish the pork and
carrion. They took

pleasure in consuming the filth which only vultures may devour. They
now have no right to make

a scapegoat out of Orion for their own foul misdeeds. The true
culprits and horrible shayaateen in

the saga are MJC, SANHA and NIHT. These are the devils who have
desensitized the Imaan of the

carrion-consuming Muslim public. They have totally destroyed whatever
inhibitions Muslims

once upon a time cherished for buying meat from non-Muslims.

If anyone has to regret and offer apologies, it is the pork and
carrion halaalizing conglomerate

consisting of MJC, SANHA and NIHT. These shayaateen in human form have
not only opened the

door for the deluge of this pork-carrion consuming fitnah, they have
actively promoted it. Let no

one labour under any misconception regarding SANHA who is making
stupid, hypocritical noises

about Orion. SANHA is guilty of the same malpractices perpetrated by
the MJC, and which

allowed Orion to so brazenly market pork and carrion as halaal. Orion
is a non-Muslim entity

pursuing only monetary gain. The Deeni goals which motivate genuine
Muslims are foreign to

SANHA. The non-Muslim entity would be insane to regret and express a
stupid apology for

deeds which are perfectly valid in the non-Muslim’s concept of trade
and endeavour to make

money in an easy and most profitable way.. But the shayaateen MJC,
SANHA and NIHT need to

be flayed alive, crucified and excommunicated.

SANHA has a string of Orion type of carrion scandals and stinking
skeletons in the cupboard.

Rainbow, Earlybird, Anchor and many others are some of the haraam
carrion skeletons in

SANHA’s cupboard of infamy.

SANHA claims: “It (SANHA) does not accept nor condone certification
granted at port of entry

on “paper verification” of certificates granted by foreign
certifiers whose bonafides are

questionable and are visited once in several years.”

If SANHA has any guts it should name and shame the MJC and all those
entangled in the

pork-carrion mess. Who was guilty of “paper verification”? Why
does SANHA not name the

MJC? Furthermore, SANHA’s entire carrion halaalizing industry in
which thousands of haraam

‘halaal’ certificates have been churned out is pure “paper
verification”. The whole satanic carrion

cauldron in which SANHA and its illegitimate sisters are boiling
pivots on “paper verification”.

In the field – in practical terms, all the chickens and meats
produced by kuffaar and which they

certify, is haraam carrion. Muslims are duped with this accursed
“paper verification” skulduggery.

It is humbug piled on humbug.

SANHA is seeking to pull wool over the eyes of the Muslim community
with its indirect

inveighment of the MJC with the “paper verification” accusation.
SANHA is now accusing the

MJC of relying on ‘halaal’ certificates which the kuffaar present
at port of entry. Such ‘halaal’

certification for pork and carrion consignments are issued by
SANHA’s illegitimate counterparts

in other countries which export pig and carrion products to South
African as ‘halaal’. When

these carrion and swine products arrive in South Africa, the kuffaar
at Orion produce the scraps of

toilet paper which certify the filth as ‘halaal’. On the basis of
such scraps of toilet paper, the MJC

certifies as ‘halaal’ the pork and carrion products. This is what
SANHA describes as “paper

verification” which is the basis for the MJC’s halaalization of
the overseas carrion and pork

products.

While SANHA accuses the MJC of this despicable crime – a crime of
which MJC is

undoubtedly guilty – SANHA is no different. It is involved in
similar haraam practices on which

pivots its halaalization of carrion products. Thus, Earlybird carrion
chickens certified by the MJC

is ‘approved’ by SANHA despite the fact that SANHA’s
much-vaunted ‘supervision’ of Earlybird

chicken killing plants is a stinking 0%. There is documentary evidence
to prove this fact. It has

already been proven and published. The entire confounded haraam
‘halaal’ certificate industry

which halaalizes carrion products hinges on “paper verification”.
The consumer buys and

devours SANHA’s halaalized filth purely on the basis of “paper
verification”. The whole

haraam structure of the carrion halaalization industry operated by the
conglomerate of mafia

characters rests on “paper verification”, yet SANHA in pursuit of
its personal haraam agenda is

desperately struggling to deflect the focus from its own haraam
operation to the MJC who has

been caught with its pants down.

With extreme audacity and skulduggery, SANHA poses the question: “Is
this (i.e. the MJC’s

Orion scandal) the tip of the iceberg on the importation of meats of
dubious source into our

country? Based on its many observations of practices in the countries
exporting meat to South

Africa, from inception over a decade and half ago, SANHA has not
approved of any imports.”

May the CURSE of Allah Ta’ala settle on this carrion halaalizer! For
more than 15 years on the

basis of its own admission, SANHA has been aware of the veritable
iceberg, not only the ‘tip’, yet

it has not informed the Muslim community of the carrion and pork which
the MJC had been

certifying on the basis of “paper verification”. Whilst SANHA had
all along been aware of the

rot and haraam of the carrion and pork imports, it had
‘judiciously’ abstained from the charade

which it is enacting presently regarding the Orion-MJC scandal.
Although SANHA did not certify

the carrion imports which the MJC was certifying on the basis of
“paper verification”, its

unholy alliance with the MJC and approval of MJC certified carrion
plants make SANHA

complicit with the MJC in the perpetration of the haraam carrion-pork
villainy. Despite being

fully aware for more than 15 years that the MJC was certifying
carrion, both local and imported,

SANHA continues approving the carrion products certified by the MJC.
Why does SANHA

approve of MJC carrion chickens despite its awareness of the MJC’s
carrion track record which

SANHA itself had exposed and highlighted in its 200 page secret
carrion report which it had

concealed from the Muslim public?

SANHA has all along been in cahoots with the MJC, whether by design or
force of

circumstances, in the halaalization of carrion. Despite SANHA’s
inveterate hatred for the MJC, it

has retained an uncomfortable haraam relationship with the MJC. The
boodle has been the

unifying element. SANHA certifies numerous retail outlets dealing in
MJC carrion chickens,

hence the justification for maintaining the illegitimate, shaky
relationship.

In another desperate attempt to burnish its rotten image as the
‘king’ in the halaalization

business, SANHA states: “This saga (i.e. the Orion-MJC scandal) of
devious deception vindicates

our position.” Deception is always devious. SANHA is the prime
perpetrator of deviousness and

deception by misleading and deceiving Muslims into believing that the
haraam carrion chickens

and meat products it certifies are ‘halaal’. For the MJC’s
certification of Orions pork and carrion

products, SANHA deemed it appropriate to condemn with the strong
terms, ‘devious’ and

‘deception’. Yet SANHA had not breathed a word of MJC’s
‘deception’ and ‘deviousness’ in all

the years. SANHA had preferred to adopt cloak and dagger methods
against the MJC with a low

scale, behind the scenes war against the MJC while SANHA had no care
for the carrionconsuming

Muslim community deceived and duped by MJC certification. The
carrion-pork

stench of the halaalization industry has overwhelmed the community and
the ultimate consequence

of the satanic industry will be for the mafia gang of
carrion-halaalizers to hang upside down in

Hell-Fire.

To project an image of piety, SANHA the carrion-halaalizer, speciously
states: “Don’t run into

any icebergs that compromise your Imaan.” What relationship does
this vile carrion purveyor

have with Imaan? For more than 15 years has SANHA exsiccated and
corrupted the Imaan of

thousands of Muslims by feeding them haraam carrion labelled
‘halaal’. It has scandalously

perpetrated crimes worse than thousands of acts of adultery. It is
guilty of perpetrating

unforgivable acts which bring destruction to Akhlaaq and Imaan. There
can be no worse crime

than the wholesale halaalization of carrion products, feeding the
Muslim community with rotten

and diseased carrion filth thereby utterly ruining their Imaan. SANHA
has no conception of

Imaan.

The MJC-Orion pork and carrion scandal should jolt Muslims into the
realization that al l

certifiers of kuffaar meat products are scoundrels of the worst order.
They should never be

trusted. The word of the kuffaar has greater credibi l ity than the
word of these munaafiq

traitors who masquerade as Musl ims – who swindle Muslims – who
suck from them haraam

boodle on the basis of their evi l “paper verification” industry
which halaal izes pork and

carrion meat products.

The destruction to Imaan wrought by the carrion-halaalizers is
infinitely worse than the

destruction which the Mongols afflicted on the political empire of
Islam.

“Therefore, eat from the lawful (halaal) and wholesome (tayyib)
things which Allah has provided for

you, and be grateful for the bounty of Allah if indeed you worship Him
Alone.

Verily, Allah has forbidden to you only blood, the flesh of swine and
that which has been slaughtered

for anyone besides Allah. …….. (which includes halaalized carrion)

And, do not say for the falsehood which your tongues fabricate that
this (carrion/pork) is halaal and

this (i.e. what Allah has made lawful) is haraam, thereby fabricating
on Allah lies. Verily, those who

manufacture lies (with halaal certificates) on Allah, they will not
prosper.” (An-Nahl, 114, 115, 116)

THE MJC-ORION PORK DEBACLE AND DISGRACEFUL SCANDAL

The conflagration which has erupted as a sequel of the discovery that
the Orion Cold Storage in collusion with the carrion-pork halaalizers
of the MJC (so-called ‘Muslim Judicial’ Council), far from
smouldering into oblivion, as the MJC wishes, hopes and prays for, has
gained in the intensity of its heat. We are pleased and thank Allah
Azza Wa Jal for the realization which He has bestowed to the masses by
way of exploding the ‘halaal’ myth of the ‘halaal’ carrion
industry which the MJC and SANHA have been conducting for decades.
These villains who have fed the Muslim community with real VARK –
SWINE –PORK, have netted tens of millions of rands over the years in
their certification of carrion and pork which Muslims have devoured
like vultures.

All those who have devoured the filth of the MJC’s excretion in the
form of halaalized swine-flesh, are also blameworthy. They have no
valid arguments for the acquisition of exculpation from their criminal
ingestion of VARK VLEIS –filthy pig meat. How is it conceivable for
Muslims to purchase and consume meat sold by non-Muslims, and
halaalized by treacherous sheikhs and molvis doling out haraam scrap
‘halaal’ certificates to market the carrion and pork which they
excrete for no reason other than to fill their pockets with haraam
riba boodle?

We also thank Allah Ta’ala for having vindicated clearly,
decisively and vociferously the stance which The Majlis had adopted
and steadfastly clung to over the decades. When every devil
‘sheikh’ and ‘molvi’ masquerading as ‘Ulama’ were
propagating wildly and garrulously the validity of their fake
‘halaal’ certificates and their vilest lie of supervision, The
Majlis, called out to the Muslim community to beware and take stock of
what they are ingesting. Just imagine, Muslims who perform Salaat and
proudly project themselves as Muslims consuming pork and carrion for
decades!

We fully agree with Councillor Ganief Hendricks of Al-Jama-ah
Political Party that stern – very stern action must necessarily be
implemented to bring to book the MJC and SANHA culprits. In addition
to having fed the Muslim community pork and carrion for decades, these
pork and carrion entities have guzzled up tens of millions of rands of
haraam boodle which this confounded, accursed ‘halaal’ certificate
industry has netted for their pockets. They should account for all the
tens of millions of rands which they have acquired from this mal-oon
industry at the cost of feeding the Muslim community pork and carrion.

Decades after we have persistently and consistently apprized the
Ummah of the pork and carrion they are consuming on the basis of MJC
and SANHA certification, there are now numerous voices raising our
clarion call. One such voice is of Ganief Hendricks of Al-Jama-ah
Political Party, who has been constrained to state: “Muslims must
also resign themselves to the fact that there is no halaal meat or
chicken in the country……It is clear to me and the Party that
Muslims all over South Africa have been fed with pork and this is a
blot against every halaal certifying authority in the country and
every Muslim butcher in the country.”

It has been conveyed to us that the MJC president, Ighsaan Hendricks
is in hiding. We believe that the Muslim masses in the Cape are
anxious to flay him for having condoned the pork and carrion industry.
It was on the strength of these miscreant sheikhs and molvis that
Muslims had consumed pork and carrion. The anger and hurt which
Muslims now feel are understandable.

We are also informed that Ighsaan Hendricks of the MJC is hiding from
the non-Muslim female who has exposed the ‘halaal’ pork racket. He
is unprepared now to meet and answer her interrogation on a medium
which has always been his favourite, viz. shaitaani-haraam television.
If we of The Majlis refuse to participate in a Radio Shaitaan and
Television Shaitaan programme, it is understandable, and every Muslim
will accept the validity of our refusal. But, when the likes of these
swine-halaalizing sheikhs and molvis shy away from such an important
issue and go underground as a consequence of their mortal fear of a
non-Muslim woman who has some incisive questions to fire at the MJC
for its the pork debacle, then it speaks volumes for the satanism and
cowardice of Ighsaan Hendricks and the MJC clique. They had certified
VARK VLEIS. They must now be fried in VARK VET. They must be roasted
alive in pork-oil.

It is indeed surprising that molvi-cum-sheikh Ighsaan Hendricks of
the MJC has suddenly recalled the virtues and incumbency of Purdah
(Hijaab). Discretion dictated that adoption of Purdah for the
non-Muslim lady doing the exposure of the MJC’s VARK scandal on
television, is expediently ‘waajib’, hence he sought refuge in
underground purdah to hide himself from the non-Muslim lady set to
interrogate him on the deplorable Pork scandal of the MJC whose
president he happens to be. We trust that henceforth he will champion
the cause of Purdah. The cowardice of these MJC PORK morons is
entirely expected.

Adding salt to the pork wounds caused by the MJC in the hearts of the
pork-consuming Muslim public, are the taunts of Orion’s staff.
Commenting on these taunts, Ganief Hendricks of Jama-ah Political
Party says: “What has aggravated many Muslims is that employees of
the Cold Storage hostile to Islam has joked that they have fed Muslims
with PORK for many years.” Muslims should hang their heads in shame
and patiently tolerate these taunts of the kuffaar. The irrefutable
fact is that they had devoured MJC certified pork and carrion of their
own free, willing choice. They should therefore castigate themselves
and ignore the stupid taunts of the kuffaar of Orion Cold Storage.

The Muslims in Cape Town are baying for the blood of the MJC
miscreants who had fed them halaalized PORK and CARRION for years.
Advising the community to refrain from taking the law into their own
hands, Councillor Ganief Hendricks said: “Muslims are advised not to
take any private action against the owners and staff of the Orion Cold
Storage…I am very concerned that after the ETV expose, Muslims will
take the law into their own hands.”

After the exposure of the filthy stinking Pork and Carrrion rot, is
it possible for Muslims to ever again consume the filth which MJC and
SANHA halaalizes? SANHA has tried to act the holy person and the
knight in shining armour in this sordid and rotten scandal while in
reality it does not lag far behind the MJC in halaalizing carrion and
pork. We shall deal with SANHA in another article, Insha’Allah.

It is imperative that Muslims understand that all meat and all
chickens processed by non-Muslims are HARAAM CARRION. Furthermore,
there is strong reason to believe that PORK is sold as ‘halaal’ on
a wider scale than hitherto revealed. In fact, the shaitaan known as
SANHA itself has said that what has been uncovered at Orion is only
“the tip of the iceberg”. The actual iceberg of PORK AND CARRION
consists of all the haraam filth which MJC, SANHA, NIHT and others of
the same ilk have ‘halaalized’ for years.

ABSTAIN FROM ALL COMMERCIALIZED MEAT PRODUCTS AND CHICKENS, FOR ALL
OF IT IS HARAAM CARRION AND PORK. EVERY ‘HALAAL’ CERTIFICATE
IRRESPECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION ISSUING IT, IS A HARAAM PIECE OF
SCRAP PAPER BEREFT OF ANY WORTH.

THE ISLAMIC INSTITUTION OF THABAH (SLAUGHTERING ANIMALS)

“And, do not eat (meat) from such (animals) on which the

Name of Allah is not recited……

(Qur’aan

“Most certainly, Allah has ordained mercy for everything. Therefore
when

you kill (slaughter), do so mercifully. Sharpen your knife and be
merciful

to the animal.” (Muslim, Ibn Majah, Nisaai’)

Thabah (the Islamic system of slaughtering animals) is a holy
institution which is

described as one of the Sha-aair (salient/outstanding features) of
Islam. Rasulullah

(sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentioned two acts which are signs to
confirm that a person

is a Muslim: 1. He faces the Qiblah of Islam for Salaah, and 2. He
slaughters according

to the Islamic system of Thabah. This means that if you see a complete
stranger

performing Salaah facing the Qiblah or slaughtering the way Islam
commands or asking

about whether the meat is halaal, then without investigating his
beliefs, he should be

regarded to be a Muslim. Only a clear act or statement of disbelief
will negate his Imaan.

Thabah like all Islamic institutions of ibaadah may not be
commercialized, least of all

commercialized for promoting the monetary objectives of non-Muslim
entrepreneurs. It

is not permissible to alter, distort or delete any divinely ordained
act associated with the

sacred Institution of Thabah in the same way as it is not permissible
to effect any change

in Salaah, Saum or Hajj. It is obligatory to observe all the rules the
Shariah has ordained

for all its institutions. Deletion of some factors from an institution
is valid only in

exceptional circumstances, but such deletion may not be adopted as the
norm or the

permanent practice, the consequence of which is the elimination of the
very institution

commanded by Allah Ta’ala.

The following are the essentials of Thabah:

1. The animal should be handled and treated kindly, giving it water
and food prior

to slaughtering.

2. The animal should not be callously handled when taking it for
slaughter. It may

not be hung upside when slaughtered as has become the permanent
practice in

kuffaar commercial slaughter.

3. Inflicting any kind of injury on the animal prior to slaughtering
is strictly

prohibited. Therefore it is not permissible to administer electrical
shocks, stun or

maim the animal in any way whatsoever prior to slaughtering it.

4. Inflicting any injury, e.g. skinning, breaking any part after
slaughter whilst there

are still signs of life in the animal, is strictly prohibited.

5. When slaughtering, the animal must be laid down to face the Qiblah,
The

slaughterman will thus face the Qiblah when effecting the act of
Thabah.

6. The knife must be exceptionally sharp.

7. All four neck-vessels must be severed.

8. An animal must not be slaughtered in the presence of another
animal. This is not

permissible.

9. Simultaneous with the cutting, the thaabih (slaughterman) must
recite Tasmiyah,

i.e. say Bismilaahi Allaahu Akbar! And according to the Shaafi’
Math-hab, the

Tasmiyah must be followed with Durood Shareef.

10. The animal, if chicken, may not be immersed in hot water for
defeathering whilst

the entrails are still within the carcass. The entrails must first be
removed.

It should be well understood that the Islamic system of Thabah
explained above is in

accord with all Four Math-habs. The only difference being that the
Shaafi’ Math-hab,

requires the recitation of Durood as well after the Tasmiyah. The
above is the Sunnah

system ordained by Allah Ta’ala, and it is not permissible to delete
any single act of the

aforementioned TEN requisites to accommodate the commercial interests
of non-

Muslims and even of Muslims.

It should also be understood that the Islamic system of Thabah has
been ordained for

the specific purpose of rendering animals halaal for Muslim
consumption, and for no

other purpose whatsoever. It is therefore not permissible to effect
changes in this

obligatory system for the sake of monetary gain as has become the
practice nowadays.

The entire Islamic system of Thabah has been drastically changed in
commercial

slaughtering. Not a single act of the above mentioned TEN divinely
ordained acts exists

in commercial slaughtering whose objective is purely monetary gain for
the non-Muslim

entrepreneurs and those who are in the halaal-certificate business.

It is important to understand that the technical juridical differences
of the Math-habs

pertaining to certain details are not meant to change the Islamic
system of Thabah as

outlined above. The juridical classification of the acts in Thabah is
not a justification for

altering Islam’s system of slaughtering for commercial objectives.
This is not the

occasion to elaborate on the objective of the technical points of
difference of the Mathhabs.

Suffice to say that for practical implementation, all Four Math-habs
have Ijma’

(Consenus) on the Shariah’s system of Thabah as outlined above.

In view of the fact that not a single item of Islam’s system of
Thabah is effected

correctly in commercial slaughtering, not even the ultimate act of
severing the requisite

four neck vessels, it is not permissible for Muslims to consume meat
and chicken

processed in non-Muslim commercial plants, and even in such Muslim
commercial plants

which have adopted the non-Muslim commercial system of killing. A
killing system

which is in conflict with the Shariah’s system from beginning to
end, cannot profice

halaal tayyib meat. The Qur’aan commands: “O people! Eat from the
earth that which

halaal and tayyib (wholesome), and do not follow in the footsteps of
shaitaan, for verily,

he is your open enemy.” It is only the Islamic system which produces
halaal (lawful) and

tayyib pure and wholesome) meat and chicken.

PORK – VARK!!!

PORK –VARK –SWINE is of topical import nowadays. While in South
Africa, the MJC has attained ‘fame’, i.e. satanic notoriety, for
its halaalization of Pork and other forms of meat and chicken carrion,
the authorities in Pakistan, despite that country being a non-Muslim
country, have banned even ‘traces’ of PORK for animals. This is
indeed a pleasant surprise which should further dampen the flagging
spirits of the MJC clique of carrion halaalizers.

Although Allah’s Shariah prohibits feeding any kind of haraam
so-called ‘food’ to even dogs notwithstanding the fact that in
South Africa Muslims are addicted to devouring with relish pork –
vark –swine and MJC-Sanha-halaalized rotten, diseased, stinking
carrion chickens and other carrion meats, the extremely liberal and
modernist judiciary in Pakistan has banned poultry feed which contains
traces of pork. The undermentioned report is interesting, spiritually
reinvigorating and a whiff of fresh air in the atmosphere which is
choking with the horrible stench which MJC and SANHA halaalized
carrion and pork are emitting at a tremendous rate.

Former JI MNA’s feed company fined: SC orders destroying
contaminated poultry feed

ISLAMABAD: A three-member Supreme Court bench on Tuesday ordered
authorities to destroy imported poultry feed – that was found to
contain traces of pork – within three weeks.

The bench consisting of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry,
Justice Ijaz Ahmed and Justice Mahmood Akhtar Shahid Siddiqui also
directed action against those responsible for importing the
contaminated feed. The bench was conducting a suo motu hearing against
the adulterated poultry feed. Appearing on notice earlier, Attorney
General Latif Khosa said 14 samples of the imported feed were found to
be contaminated with pork, after which, 150 containers of the feed had
been seized in Lahore and Karachi.

Khosa said the companies fined for the feed import included one owned
by a former parliamentarian from the Jamaat-e-Islami, Mian Aslam.
Lawyers for the poultry feed companies, requested the court to allow
the tainted feed to be used as fertilizer, but the attorney general
opposed the plea. The SC also directed the companies to file
affidavits in court, clearly stating that they would not import such
feed in the future. The SC said the importers would not only bear the
expenses for the feed’s return, but would also pay fines and other
penalties imposed by the customs department.

Allah Ta’ala operates in wonderful and mysterious ways. What The
Majlis has been proclaiming in Allah’s Name for the past three
decades has been powerfully vindicated by non-Muslims whose word for
the Muslim masses in this country is on par with the Holy Writ. And,
in Pakistan our proclamation of Haqq has been vindicated par
excellence by a modernist, non-Muslim Supreme Court consisting of
three senior judges who have surprisingly and pleasantly outclassed
and surpassed the orthodoxy of The Majlis by not only banning the
pork-contaminated poultry feed, but by ordering the destruction of the
filth, and by refusing permission to use the filth even as fertilizer.
Alhamdulillaah thumma Alhamdulillah. The Qur’aan Majeed in its
inimitable manner declares:

“And, Haqq has arrived whilst baatil has vanished. Verily,

Baatil by its very nature must perish.”

And Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Haqq will always surface above. It cannot be overwhelmed.”
